Retaining your Date
Your date and time is not guaranteed without a deposit. To make sure your time and date are booked you will get a confirmation email that you are booked as long as the retainer fee is paid. I do not hold dates without a deposit.
Retainer
The Retainer meaning deposit is 40% of the session fee that you are given. The remaining balance of your session is due the date of. Your retainer is non refundable if there is a cancellation unless photographer is having to completely cancel session and not reschedule.
Travel
Travel fees will be applied if photographer is travel outside the Yavapai area. Travel fees will be determined when photographer is given the location from client.
Rescheduling
If you are having to reschedule there is a $30 rescheduling fee that will be added to the remaining session amount.
